Inniu (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides task and scheduling tools designed to help you manage your time. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Inniu app.

• Tasks, notes, subtasks, tags, and other content you create within the app.

Calendar Data (Optional)

• If you connect your Google account, we access your calendar only to:

  • Create events on your behalf

  • Display relevant scheduling information within the app

We do not access or store calendar data beyond what is required to provide these features.

Device Permissions

• Camera — to capture or attach content

• Photos/Media Library — to attach existing files

• Microphone — for optional voice input

• Face ID — to secure access to the app

• Calendar — write-only access to create events

Permissions are requested only when needed and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Provide core functionality (task management and scheduling)

• Create calendar events and meeting links when requested

• Maintain and improve app performance

We do not use your data for advertising or tracking across other apps or websites.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We only share information with:

• Google — when you connect your account to create or manage calendar events

• Apple — for authentication via Sign in with Apple

These services process data according to their own privacy policies.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. While no system is completely secure, we take appropriate steps to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.

You can:

• Access and update your information within the app

• Disconnect your Google account at any time
